SalesForce.com Developer

The Salesforce Developer will be the primary administrator and developer for the client's Salesforce.com CRM web application. The Salesforce Developer will need to have experience developing customer portals and page layouts, customizing Workflow emails, developing Visualforce pages and overall administration of the application.
The position is oriented to a Student/ Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline. It will be consider business degree with technical job experience. The person must have at least minimum 3 years related experience.
Experience/Skills
- A proven functional/technical professional with at least 3+ years in full lifecycle SalesForce.com implementations and 7+ years of industry or consulting experience.
- Extensive experience implementing SalesForce.com SFA
- Strong configuration and design skills
- Configuration of SalesForce.com, Test scenario definition, script development, and execution.
- Adept at implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team.
- Superb written and oral English communication skills
- Consulting/client facing background
- Outstanding teamwork skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Demonstrated analytical and qualitative abilities
- Strong technical foundation including; structured programming – C++, Java, etc., understanding of relational database concepts and structures, knowledge of SQL, structured system analysis and design methods, etc.
- A Bachelors and/or a Masters degree or equivalent
Notes:
- You have to be based in North or South America to be considered
- You would be working from home or an office of your choosing
- You will need a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection
