Flex Developer/Designer
at Decide Staffing en: Guatemala
US firm seek an experienced Flex Designer/Developer to create compelling, original designs for interactive platforms ranging from Web sites to Web-based application systems. This person is able to translate client business requirements, user needs, and technical capabilities into designs that are appealing, easy to use and engaging. This person will have to work directly with the development team and be able to successfully communicate conceptual ideas, detailed design and functionality.
Requirements:
• Experience with Adobe Flex / ActionScript 3, XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, DHTML, and AJAX
• Experience with Flex Frameworks
• General knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
• Experience with source/version control systems
• Experience generating functional specifications
• Must have an online portfolio to supply with resume for consideration
Others:
• Function well in a close-knit team with technical and non-technical members
• Excellent communication to read, write and speak in ENGLISH
• Problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Excellent attention to detail and a high-level of accountability
• Be self-motivated, take initiative and multi-task
• Passionate “do whatever it takes” attitude
• Goal-oriented and deadline-oriented
Notes:
- You have to be based in North or South America to be considered
- You would be working from home or an office of your choosing
- You will need a reliable computer and high-speed internet connection
