Expression Engine Developer

MUST HAVE AT LEAST ONE YEAR EXPERIENCE WITH EXPRESSION ENGINE.
We want long-term, hourly relationship with EE expert who can help us NOW and on a continuing basis thereafter.
Must be a good DESIGNER also, able to make our sites LOOK good.
You must be an individual free-lancer, not a multi-person firm.
We need to increase TRAFFIC and CONVERSION for our site. We also want to make it look different and add some functionality. Then we want to duplicate that site for many other similar products in different geographic markets.
You must be able to make the CMS very user-friendly so we can easily update the content. We also need you to be able to design an interface through EE such that the many other (almost duplicate) sites can be managed via one CMS (we hear that can be done via EE).
You must be able to speak English and have a high speed internet connection as the work is to be performed from home for our client located in the US.
